Our staff will connect with you to establish whether we might be a good fit to work together. If we are, we will schedule your initial evaluation and order a prescription to have your blood work done.

STEP 2: Onboard With Your Initial Evaluation:
Through this two hour in-person evaluation and assessment, we’ll discuss your blood work results, your unique goals, and take a deeper dive into your lifestyle habits. By the end of your appointment, you will have a completely personalized treatment plan to optimize your health, with an option to join our Vitality Program.

STEP 3: Begin the 1-Year Vitality Program:
With your personalized hormone and supplement regimen in hand, you can join our ongoing membership and begin living your life with the support that you deserve. Experience Dr. Morgan’s unique patient-physician communication over the course of a year, including prescriptions and quarterly appointments.
